We all mourn the loss of lives, ʻāina and history that were taken by the devastating fires of Lahaina on August 8, 2023. We humbly ask you all to please join us in donating to the victims of Lahaina and to help them try and rebuild their lives.
The Maui Strong Fund is providing financial resources that can be deployed quickly, with a focus on rapid response and recovery for the devastating wildfires on Maui. An estimated 3,000 animals were separated from their owners due to wildfires. Thousands of pets in Maui are currently missing following the deadly wildfires, and vets and animal rights groups say they are scrambling to not only rescue those dogs, cats and other animals but also treat them for serious injuries. https://www.mauihumanesociety.org/donate-olx
